Championship Winning Comer 50 Full Race Blue Printing Engine Service
If you want your Kid Kart to really fly, then you need to send us your motor
for a full speed blueprinting service. We will take your motor completely apart,
true the cylinder base to the bore, align and polish the crankshaft, replace the bearings and seals with low friction units,
match the engine cases,
match the intake manifold and muffler to the cylinder, properly jet the carburetor, install an advance timing flywheel key
(optional), special
spark plug and a whole bunch of other details to produce more power, more RPM's
and less friction. The motor is then precision re-assembled and test run on our bench before we send it back. You will also get a special tuning and tip sheet
to help make your kart faster. Normal turn around time is often just one week or
less!! Motors can be built to full WKA/IKF Legal specs, local club track specs,
loose rules specs or Full-On no Rules Outlaw Specs. The Choice is Yours!
DYNO TUNING: We now offer full engine break
in and Dyno Tuning for maximum performance on our in house inertia dyno. This
service is invaluable for getting the jetting right and to make sure that your
engine is putting out all the power that it is capable of.

After making the payment in advance, please safely
box up your complete engine (ie: fuel tank, carburetor, muffler, clutch) and
ship it to us. Normal turn around time is typically just 3-5 days.
We can also blueprint your clutches by shaving and
balancing for a legal motor or an outlaw clutch with 5,000 rpm springs for
tracks with loose rules. Send us your clutch today for a much better start off
the line! Note: Price is for service work only done
to your clutch. If you need a new clutch and center hub the price is $195.00
extra.

pedals? Well these aluminum risers will do the trick!
Features: 1/4" Thick Aluminum base plates with adjustable
heel rests, throttle stop and multiple position pedal locations. Plates are
mounted on 5/8" aluminum legs that raise the drivers feet up 2.00" from the
floor pan.
