COMER 50 KID KART ENGINE BLUEPRINTING AND DYNO TUNING SERVICES
At Midwest Mini we really do know how to build Championship Winning Comer 50 Engines! From stock WKA/IKF Legal Blueprints to Full On Modified Outlaw motors we can do it all. Our fast turn around time and excellent customer service is second to none. Are you getting beat by other kid karts with supposedly " stock" engines? WE CAN HELP!! Legal Stock Blueprint / Dyno package; If you want your Kid Kart to really fly, then you need to send us your motor for a full speed blueprinting service. We will take your motor completely apart, square the cylinder base to the bore, align and polish the crankshaft, replace the stock bearings with high performance dual bearings and the stock crankshaft seals with new low friction units, install new race spec piston rings, hand lap the engine cases, match the intake manifolds and muffler to the cylinder, properly jet the carburetor, install an advance timing flywheel key (if desired-depending on your tracks tech), new high compression spark plug and a whole bunch of other details to produce more power, more RPM's and less friction. The motor is then precision re-assembled to our exacting specs. We will also cc the combustion chamber to be sure that the volume set at the minimum legal limit. After reassembly your precision built engine is tested on our Precision Engine Dyno. This service includes break in, jetting changes and adjustments to get maximum power from your engine. You get the printed read out with all the crucial settings documented for your reference. You will also get our special tuning and tip manual to help make your kart faster. A $50.00 value! Blueprinted Clutch Outlaw Clutch Clutch Service: We can modify your clutch for that race winning edge! OUTLAW Engine Blueprinting Service: This is a "no holds barred" type of engine service. It includes all of the work done above with the addition of cylinder mods with higher compression, piston mods, exhaust mods and our Outlaw Clutch mods. This service will really make you motor rip but can only be used at tracks with no rules or no tech.
COMER 50 TUNING MANUAL PACKAGE If you are just starting out and not yet ready for a full engine blueprint service, we still have an excellent package for you. Includes our Engine and Chassis tuning manual which has a wealth of information that we developed over years of racing, testing and engine building. Also included are 4 high compression NGK Spark Plugs, Our Advance Timing Flywheel Key and High Flow Fuel Line.
